AIVC 2019 Conference evaluation results

The evaluation questionnaire of the 40th AIVC conference: “From Energy crisis to sustainable indoor climate – 40 years of AIVC” was sent out to the 204 attendees of the event. 102 participants filled in the evaluation form. We are happy to share with you a summary of the main results!

2nd EPBD article 19a Stakeholder meeting – 28 November, 2019

Following the 1st EPBD article 19a stakeholder meeting which took place in June 2019 and where stakeholders discussed the state of the art regarding existing schemes in relation to the inspection of stand-alone ventilation systems and optional building renovation passports, the 2nd stakeholder meeting aims to present the impact analyses and discuss the relevance, feasibility and possible scope of measures at EU-level.

AIVC proudly announces the creation of Indoor Environment Global Alliance

AIVC and the 5 other founding members (AiCARR, AIHA, ASHRAE, ISHRAE and REHVA) is proud to announce the creation of the Indoor Environmental Quality Global Alliance (IEQ-GA) association registered in Brussels. The mission of the IEQ-GA is to promote and advocate for indoor climate and health in buildings. Indoor environmental quality is a multidisciplinary domain involving, among others, architects, engineers, industrial/occupational hygienists, health sector specialists.

IEQ-GA is now a non for profit organisation

We are pleased to announce that the Indoor Environmental Quality – Global Alliance (IEQ-GA) has become a legal entity and a not for profit organisation.

The official inauguration took place during the AIVC conference on Tuesday October 15th, 2019.

Call for abstracts for the 41st AIVC – ASHRAE IAQ joint Conference

The 41st AIVC & ASHRAE IAQ joint Conference “IAQ 2020: Indoor Environmental Quality Performance Approaches Transitioning from IAQ to IEQ” will be held from the 14th to the 16th of September 2020 in Athens, Greece together with the 9th TightVent and the 7th venticool conferences. Abstract submission is now open and due December 9, 2019.
