The Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation(MOCT) has imported the Intelligent BuildingCertification Program(IBCP) to grant certification by evaluating the standard of Intelligent buildings(IB).The purpose of this research is to introduce the IBCP of Korea and to analysis of energy reduction ratein buildings from the enforcement of certification system. At this time, the result of deriving items relatedto building energy among evaluation items of IBCP and performing comparative analysis by setting upthe standard building have been presented for the amount of energy reduction. The TRNSYS 16 hasbeen used for the energy simulation tool in this research.
