Supplementing Ventilation with Gas-phase Air Cleaning

The international standards for indoor environmental quality (ISO17772-1 and EN16798-1) open up the possibility of reducing required ventilation if gas phase air cleaning is used. This work was followed up by IEA-EBC Annex 78. This project worked closely with the annex and helped disseminate the knowledge gained.

The objective of this project was to disseminate knowledge on the use of gas phase air cleaning as an alternative to ventilation.
