During the conference, there will be during most of the time 2 parallel tracks. The first one will be focused on R&D ventilation (conventional AIVC topics - 8 sessions of 1h45). The second one will be focused on energy performance related issues (EPBD related topics - 8 sessions of 1h45).

IEA Annex 41 'Whole building heat, air and moisture transfer' with a specific topics
• Coupling, in terms of heat, air and moisture flows, between building and building fabric, consequences for energy consumption and durability
• Combined effect of ventilation and hygric inertia on indoor climate and energy consumption.

Venue and conference organisation
AIVC Conference 2005 will be held at the Hotel President WTC in Brussels (Belgium).
Most of the conference will consist of 2 parallel sessions whereby 1 session will be more practice oriented and the other session more focused on research topics.

Language
English will be the official language.

     - Dinner poster session (walking buffet - 22 Sept.);
     - Welcome coffe & coffee/tea breaks (3 days).
