Orders, queries and claims
Orders, queries, and claims for all AIVC products should be addressed to INIVE EEIG - Operating Agent AIVC by fax to +32 2 653 07 29 or by mail to Lozenberg 7, B-1932 Sint-Stevens-Woluwe, Belgium.

Claims for missing issues of a subscription will be met, free of charge, if made within six months of the date of publication.

Prices and Invoicing Currencies
All prices and publication dates are subject to change without notice.
Products are priced in euro (EUR)

Customers Resident in the EU and VAT
VAT applies to non VAT-registered customers in the European Union (EU). VAT-registered customers in the European Union (EU) should include their VAT registration number with their order and will be invoiced without VAT. Customers outside the European Union will be invoiced without VAT (local taxes may apply).

Renewal by tacit agreement
Unless otherwise informed by writing at least 2 month before their expiration date, the subscriptions will be automatically renewed.

Dispatch by post mail
Products are sent by standard mail to all countries. Priority Mail rates are available on request.

End User Information
Subscription agencies ordering publications to be delivered to a different address than their own address must provide end user name and address with order.

Address Changes
Please notify INIVE promptly of address changes, mentioning both the old and new address.

Payment Details
All products must be pre-paid.

Payment by bank transfer: Remit the euro (EUR) amount to our account IBAN : BE52 4348 2089 2109, KBC bank, Stationsstraat 56, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium - BIC/SWIFT KRED BE BB. Please mention your invoice number when you make a payment; not mentioning this can lead to a significant delay in order processing.

Payment by credit card: The following credit cards are accepted: Visa; American Express; Eurocard-MasterCard. When paying by credit card, please include with your order: the type of card, the card number, the expiry date, the surname and first name of cardholder and the signature of cardholder.
